About the Project

WDM’s zoo design team took great care to site this 280-seat restaurant amongst mature trees to maximize shade and take advantage of views across the Sedgwick County Zoo pond. The limestone walls lead patrons to the main entrance on one side. The green patina of the copper roof and openness of the patio areas allow the building to visually merge into the landscape.
