About the Project
In 2022 WDM was engaged by Integrated Consulting Engineers, ICE, for architectural support on a building-wide HVAC upgrade. Over the course of the design process, additional needs were discovered. The scope of the project grew to include a new 5,400 s.f. building addition, which serves as a new main entry, reception and forward-facing administration offices. The new entry hallway features an atrium with clerestory windows to bring in daylight. The old office area was converted to flexible use classrooms, which allows students to continue learning while mechanical systems are upgraded throughout the remainder of the building.
