About the Project
Rooms are clustered in neighborhoods of 36, each with private dining, living room areas, café, covered verandas and 24-hour bistro kitchens offering individual dining and meal times. The smaller, residentially designed neighborhood features shorter, easy-to-negotiate halls and large windows with daylight views, along with easy access to secure outdoor landscaped patios and porches. The individual resident suites are more spacious and designed to minimize the “institutional” atmosphere found in other skilled nursing facilities.
The centerpiece is the “Towne Centre” gathering space for all residents. This is adjacent to an expansive, state-of-the-art rehabilitation and therapy center with an emphasis on activities of daily living. The facility is also designed to accommodate up to a 36-unit expansion in the future.
