About the Project
As part of the larger Asian Trail Experience at the Arizona Center for Nature Conservation, or Phoenix Zoo, the Isle of the Tiger brings guests deep into the tigers’ native habitat, face-to-face with these majestic and highly endangered species. State-of-the-art holding facilities will allow the zoo to manage and care for up to six tigers, enabling them to be a key participant in the international Species Survival Plan program (SSP).
