Oliver Manufacturing Headquarters

About the Project

For more than 80 years, this family-owned company has been providing equipment to the agricultural industry and is now in its third generation of family management. Although deeply rooted in its history in southeast Colorado, the company serves clients worldwide. The design of their new corporate headquarters combines the tradition of historic brick factory buildings and the forward-looking, high-tech approach to current product lines.

The interior office environment is arranged in an open plan for faster, free-flowing communication and cooperation among staff at all levels. Movable office wall systems aid in the free movement of staff resources. Interior design elements include an open, exposed structure with many conferencing and collaboration areas for team interaction. Operable windows, abundant access to daylight and outdoor views promote a healthy work environment.

The landscape design includes native plantings, bioswales, seating areas and Corten gabion baskets.
