The NMC Health Surgery Center is an outpatient surgery center and multi-tenant medical office building licensed as part of the hospital but is designed to be a freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center with no modifications.

First floor dedicated entirely to ASC (14,000 s.f. finished space)
- 3 operating rooms
- 2 special procedure rooms
- 15 patient holding spaces designed to swing between pre/post op functions
- Wound Care Center
Second and third-floor lease space for medical offices
- 18,000 gross s.f. per floor
- Open atrium with expansive glass curtain wall
- Sports Medicine
- Outpatient Physical Therapy
