About the Project
Munds Energy’s Pre-Engineered Manufactured Building is designed for truck trailer and fuel tanker service. The building’s front is comprised of two stories created with a self-supporting steel second floor. An attractive storefront entry leads to a reception/dispatchers desk, spacious offices, a training room, locker facilities, and small parts storage.
Eight expansive pull-through truck bays are outfitted with 14×14 overhead doors for seamless vehicle access. Ingeniously designed support columns are equipped with reels for power, compressed air, oil, and water, streamlining vehicle servicing. Additionally, a 6-ton bridge crane and parts wash setup in alternating bays enhance operational efficiency. The site plan also incorporates a fuel island with a canopy as a private fuel center for their fleet.
