About the Project
Legend at McKinney includes 73 assisted living units plus 18 memory care units, totaling 91 resident units with 95 bedrooms. Construction is slab-on-grade, steel and concrete structural frame with pre-engineered light gauge metal roof trusses. Exterior siding is masonry, EIFS and cementitious siding. The roof is composition asphalt shingles. HVAC systems are a combination of PTAC units in residents’ rooms, and gas furnace/electric heat pump split systems in the common areas. Fire protection systems include both wet and dry systems.
