About the Project
Legend at Mansfield is a one-story assisted living and memory care facility located on 5.226 acres. The building is a new design, with 57 assisted living units plus 15 memory care units, totaling 72 resident units with 74 bedrooms. Construction is slab-on-grade with wood-framed walls and pre-engineered wood trusses. Exterior siding is masonry, EIFS and/or cementitious siding. The roof is composition asphalt shingles. HVAC systems are a combination of PTAC units in residents’ rooms, and gas furnace/electric heat pump split systems in common areas. The fire protection system includes both wet and dry systems.
