About the Project
The original 59,000-square-foot hospital began design in January 2010. The attached 49,000-square-foot Medical Office Building was finished in 2013. The facility has experienced accelerated growth requiring a 66,500-square-foot multi-phase addition to the hospital. Construction on the addition began in 2015.
This 125,500-square-foot campus on 21 acres includes:
- 44-bed Medical/Surgical Acute Care Unit
- 5 OR Surgical Suites with 2 Cardiac Cath Labs
- Electrophysiology Lab / Hybrid OR
- 22-bay recovery unit with 4 overnight stay rooms
- 2-room Endoscopy Procedure Suite
- 10-bed Intensive Care Unit
- 10-bed Birthing Center and 4-bed NICU
- Emergency Department with helipad and ambulance bay
- Lab, pharmacy, dietary, and full radiology services
Overall project cost to date is $50.2 million.
