Fidelity Bank Headquarters Phased Remodel

About the Project

WDM’s task was to complete a floor-by-floor renovation of the 67,000-square-foot corporate headquarters of Fidelity Bank in Wichita. Work was accomplished in a series of phases to continue occupancy. Updates have included completely refurbished break rooms and office areas, recreating floorplans for a more open environment, and using glass walls to maximize natural light and reduce operating costs.

Anticipating future needs and wanting to reduce landfill waste, demountable walls, system furniture and carpet tile were selected. Etched glass walls separate the perimeter offices from the center workstations and allow natural light to extend throughout the interior. A variety of direct and ambient lighting enhances the aesthetics and aids in operating costs.

A successful outcome was achieved through the client’s steady vision and a good relationship between the architectural, interior design and construction teams.
