About the Project
Fidelity Bank headquarters in Wichita needed to refresh its 30-plus-year-old lobby to better reflect its brand and comply with current ADA regulations. The challenge was to keep the lobby and teller stations operational throughout the year-long renovation.
The renovation opened up views to the north courtyard, which is flanked by the bank’s other property, the fully renovated historic Carnegie Library. A custom tile floor pattern and updated, custom-matched millwork tie the space together to create an open, welcoming environment for customers and bank employees.
The lobby remodel project included the addition of five enclosed offices, two conference rooms, two new waiting areas, ADA-compliant teller counters, a movable wall system for space flexibility, and a concierge desk to the upper floors of bank offices.
