About the Project

The Asbury Village Assisted Living project included both interior and exterior renovations to enhance the residents’ living experience. On the exterior, we added a new circle drive and replaced the entry with a new storefront under a covered drop-off zone, along with new wheelchair ramps and sidewalks. The landscaping received an update to enhance the overall curb appeal. Inside, the 3,180 square-foot renovation transformed the lobby, dining and oversized living room with updated finishes and modern light fixtures. Office spaces were also refreshed.

WDM worked with commercial kitchen consultants to reconfigure the space to optimize workflow, allowing for greater efficiency in meal preparation. This process involved a phased approach to minimize disruption and ensure uninterrupted meal service for residents. The kitchen now boasts all-new equipment and finishes that caters to Asbury Village’s diverse dining needs.
