About the Project

WDM Architects was commissioned to renovate this historic 14-story, Chicago-style office building built in 1926. Formerly the Union National Bank, the building is on the National Register of Historic Places. WDM’s team of historic preservation architects turned it into a 4-star boutique hotel in downtown Wichita featuring 117 luxury guest rooms and an upscale restaurant. An adjacent pocket park and 272-space parking garage completed the project. The project was a highly anticipated addition to the downtown revitalization and is across the street from another WDM project, the Intrust Bank Arena.
