Meet Our New Marketing Coordinator

taylor-headshotTaylor made her intentions at WDM known immediately. Only her fourth day with us, she arrived early and claimed the unmarked and unofficial (but widely known) parking space of the firm president. Bold move, Taylor!

The newest member of our team, Taylor Bott, is our marketing coordinator. Her duties include proposal and presentation preparation and coordination, tracking opportunities, creating marketing material, managing systems and tools to promote the firm, writing and managing blogs and social media accounts – and anything else we throw at her.

Taylor is a recent honors graduate of Wichita State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with an emphasis in Integrated Marketing Communications.  She came to us from Professional Engineering Consultants (PEC), where she completed an internship in the marketing department. Prior to that, she was an intern at Greteman Group Marketing Agency where she helped with account services promoting the Kansas State Fair in 2015, the year which still holds the record for the highest attendance in the fair’s 104 year history. Coincidence? I think not.

Taylor’s favorite thing to do in Wichita is sip local brews and listen to live music. Originally from Denver, she enjoys taking road trips home to the mountains to spend time with her family and friends. If it were up to Taylor to choose the weather, we would have a lot more snowstorms and a lot less wind. Most Sundays, she can be found cheering on the Denver Broncos.

We are happy to have Taylor as the newest WDM team member. Her exuberance and willingness to jump in and immediately start contributing have been outstanding. She has already presented us with great ideas and perspective and isn’t afraid to tell us when we are wrong.

“It is good to have someone who is willing to shake things up and challenge the status quo,” says WDM Principal, Scott Ramser, “If what we have seen so far is any indication, we will not be disappointed. We are looking forward to many more bold moves from Taylor.”
